Dear customer, 

The Corona virus is still among us and continues to have a major impact on our daily lives. We continue to be confronted with new challenges, but we are strong with a joint approach.

Our mission is clear: to provide the best and safest possible environment for our employees and our customers. Therefore, it may be necessary to take special measures. Our partners (steel suppliers, steel service centers and transporters) also must deal with this.

It is very important to us that we, together with our partners, keep the deliveries to our customers up to standard. You will undoubtedly understand that necessary measures can lead to a limitation of (production) capacity and longer delivery times. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience because of any measure.

Covid-19 is a force majeure situation and it is difficult to estimate possible concrete effects. However, delays in deliveries to us and to you are to be expected. Naturally, we strive to achieve agreed delivery dates as well as possible. However, as a precaution, we should point out that previously agreed and future delivery dates are subject to change, regardless of contractual agreements.

Specialty Steel will do everything in its power to be a reliable partner for you even in these difficult times. Unfortunately, we also have no influence on force majeure.

We want, together with you, cope with this challenging time as good as possible.
